Abstract

Creative UMKM is a solution for community groups in Klampok Kasri Village, Gading Kasri, Klojen District, Malang City in improving their standard of living. The Malang City Government, namely the Cooperative Office in 2013, launched a Creative UMKM as a group-based community empowerment program in areas that are still underdeveloped.

Klampok Kasri Village Creative UMKM Especially RW 02, there is a food business group that is engaged in the food sector (food stalls, making cakes), this has many positive benefits related to the empowerment of local wisdom, especially in the development of fried tuber sauce which is managed by Mrs. Nanik Mulyanti. He began to be interested in the culinary world, because this business was more expected because of the basic human need, namely food. The existence of this business needs special attention because it needs guidance on packaging issues, online marketing, improving quality and processing methods, increasing knowledge of various types of tubers that can be processed.
