Cost Effective of Online Graduation Ceremony at SDIT AL-USWAH Surabaya

The pandemic conditions caused by Covid19 disrupted several educational activities. From the readiness of the infrastructure that must be prepared in the face of a pandemic, including the cost of internet quota that must be prepared from both the host and the listener. This is what is faced by all schools where learning is expected to be mandatory to continue and run online, hybrid or blended learning. All learning activities are carried out online, so many academic activities from learning, assignments to promotion and graduation events for a school are carried out online or at home. One of the schools that had experienced problems during the Covid19 pandemic was the Al-Uswah Integrated Islamic Elementary School. This school experienced the same thing where the graduation ceremony for grade 6 students at the elementary school level was almost not held. Graduation culture for grade 6 elementary school students is usually carried out by distributing trophies, mentioning the names of outstanding students with their titles, can be watched by all student guardians, and recorded through multi-cameras so that it is similar to programs on television stations. To continue to be able to do graduation events, as an alternative to graduation activities, community service solutions are carried out with online graduation events. Where the devices used are very minimalist without having to use expensive studio equipment. The software used includes: Open Broadcast System (OBS), DroidCam and the OBS effect plugin. Online Streaming Platforms like Zoom and Youtube. While the hardware used is the Internet, 2 laptops, a camera from a smartphone, a wireless microphone, and a garden lamp. The use of integration between software and hardware needs to be done because from the results of the integration carried out, it can provide online graduation results like television shows and are carried out and recorded in real-time.
